With iCloud, you simply save the document on your MacBook, and OS X automatically pushes the document to the iPad! Your document appears on the iPad, ready to be opened, edited, and printed — and it appears on any other iOS 5 (or later) devices as well. ICloud isn't limited to just digital media, though. Use the latest version of macOS. Update to the latest version of macOS. Go to Apple menu.
- The download remained stuck in the exact same position, so on Tuesday I figured it definitely wasn't going anywhere and started troubleshooting. Unfortunately, despite everything I've tried (see below) the iCloud Drive download is still getting stuck and won't finish. My MacBook Air is now seeing the same issue also (more on that later).

Use the latest version of macOS
Update to the latest version of macOS. Choose Apple menu > About This Mac > Software Update. Marble blast mac. If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier, choose Apple menu > App Store. See if there's an update available.
Sign in
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier, click iCloud. Enter your Apple ID. When you sign in, iCloud is turned on automatically.
